All rechargeable will have circuit board. Circuit board like the brain for lamp.

All function solution come from this small circuit board. But we know it very less. Here share some basic knowledge about this.

1.How to know circuit board is good material quality or not.

We check product quality mainly come from surface, some lamp look nice. But inside may decrease the cost much more. So if you check their circuit board can know how this factory attitude they made lamp.

From picture, the left one look simple more, and the back side not any material cover. Obviously, this one cost is cheaper more than the right one.

More complicated board mainly work more stable, because inside better heat dissipation, more protection solution then can work more stable.

2.Circuit board IC, the brain of the board.Which use to control the function of the lamp.

What this IC function. Like our brightness adjustment. Three step brightness, or dimming control. Also the charge indicator, full charge the indicator off or change another color, all order come from this small IC. So the function we want, have to write this program into IC then it can meet our requirement.

3.Customized MOQ, we want to do customize our function, usually MOQ is 1000pcs, if not have. Then need add extra cost depend on the quantity we do.

But if you only increase the brightness, not need MOQ, just adjust the resistor by handmade, also the touch switch sensitivity.
