Now most of rechargeable table material is metal. Surface finish defines the quality feel of a light fixture. Here share mainly three way of lighting industry, then you can distinguish by yourself.

1.Plated surface finish

Principle is the metal material to be covered to the plated material, then plated material can reach the color and quality we want. See below:

How to distinguish plated color finish? Because the surface is metal, then it look metallic feel. This technology technology complicated, and metal material cost higher. Then cost higher than other surface finish. And also look better.

If want to make the exact color as we want, cost will be much higher. Mainly we use the supplier color they already have.

2.Spray surface finish

Use the paint spray on the surface.

This color easy to distinguish, most our product use this technology. Color not have metallic feel. But the color easy to customize what we want. Cost is better than plated finish. Below is spray matte black color.

3.Anodizing surface finish.

This surface finish only can be aluminum. Before anodizing, need to do a series of treatment.The one very important is do sandblasting to deal with surface very uniform. , then will do anodizing. Principle is put the material inside the liquid electrolyte the surface will have anodize oxide film,afterward put inside the color liquid we want to let oxide film dye this color. Color can choose the supplier have, if customize color, MOQ is very high.

Anodizing surface finish look sand feeling because it do sandblasting. And because it is not the spray paint. So the color will look a little metallic feel.
